If an item has been damaged in transit we must report this damage to the couriers within 3 days of the item being delivered. Please do not just return a product without contacting us first as the warehouse will not know why the item has come back. Please ensure you return the item in its original packaging. If no one is available when the couriers call they will leave a "calling card" to let you know they have been.

This card will contain your consignment information and contact details for your local depot. You can then contact them to arrange a redelivery of your item or collection from their depot.

We can then arrange to have the item replaced if necessary. Collections: Most items can be collected from our Blackpool Warehouse.
